Walmart’s Big Wipeout: Why This Blue-Chip Sell-Off Could Shake the Market

JOIN US HERE! _________________________________________________   Walmart’s Big Wipeout: Why This Blue-Chip Sell-Off Could Shake the Market  Stocks are down a bit across the board, though trading action is largely random with no more big Fed data points coming to provide a catalyst. We do have some stocks down big today including Walmart (WMT), which has fallen nearly 8% after reporting earnings — this is big and could put a damper on the market today because it’s a blue-chip stock.  WMT is now at its 50-day moving average. IF it closes strong today, I will be buying it in a long-term account. IF it starts to gap up from here, I will be buying it in a long-term account.  Palantir (PLTR) is also down about 14% since late Wednesday on reports that the federal government is going to cut defense spending.
