Dear Reader,
This week The New York Times interviewed U.S. ambassador to Japan, Rahm Emanuel in a quasi-op-ed.
One of the questions they asked him was, “when do you think China is going to invade Taiwan?”
His answer was sobering.
“Do you think it’s going to happen in 2027, as so many have been saying?”
Rahm Emanuel said, “No, we don’t think it’s going to happen in 2027. We think it’s going to happen in 2025.”
2025 is just weeks from now – very, very sobering.

This U.S. ambassador to Japan is speaking to all these government officials and they are actually starting to plan for that next year in Japan.
This is no joke.
One of the things we’ve been talking about here is, which companies are really going to help the United States revolutionize its armed forces?
Because basically, we’re talking about a fourth generation in warfare.
Machine guns were number one.
Tanks were number two.
Smart missiles and smart bombs were generation three.
Generation number four is AI.
Our armed forces need a massive overhaul.
They’re currently designed to win 20th century wars.
Tanks, manned aircraft, etc.
But this fourth revolution of warfare is going to replace a lot of tanks with drones and a lot of current aircraft with unmanned aircraft that can travel at speeds human beings can’t.
When you look at what the Trump administration is doing, they’re really telegraphing by their Deputy Secretary of the Pentagon picks that the fourth generation of warfare is important to him.
That’s why he’s considering Trae Stephens, a former Palantir employee who now works at Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund.
And of course, Steve Feinberg, a billionaire investor at Cerberus.
So one of the big questions we’ve asked ourselves here over the years is which companies have the best technology to help drive this revolution happening in our armed forces.
Now, we’ve made a ton of money – a ton of positive gains on the ones that are publicly traded – Palantir, IonQ, Rocket Lab, AeroVironment – I mean, just right down the line…
But the stock market itself is so expensive, for a lot of these now the juice isn’t worth the squeeze (really in most publicly traded companies at this point, in my opinion).
So I’ve been asking myself:
1. Which technology is really going to have an impact?
and
2. Which companies are really going to have an impact?
And one of the areas I think is still misunderstood by investors is in data transmission and security.
Now, think about this – in this fourth revolution in warfare, in a conflict scenario, imagine 10,000 American drones swarming together like birds…
Somebody shoots a missile at them, they part, then come back together and fire all the guns on each of these 10,000 drones, hitting one target at the same time.
This is what the future of warfare looks like, period.
When you think about how that actually happens…
The drones are talking to satellites – satellites are talking to the drones – and to military headquarters. There’s a lot of data being transferred at mindboggling speeds.
The drone has to send targeting information back to HQ, HQ has to approve the target or the drone has to do it themselves but we’re talking about vast amounts of data being processed in real time.
So one of the things I’ve been thinking about is which companies are helping that happen – which companies are really helping the speed?
Which software is making the data transmit at faster and faster rates?
In the public markets there are a few, already overvalued. We’ve done more than well on those companies.
We’ve really killed it on our defense stocks this year and the past few years.
But right now where I am seeing the biggest opportunity is in a private company.
Now, this is a huge opportunity.
It’s actually important enough, and time-sensitive enough (their funding round is closing this month)…
That we are going to hold our first webinar on a private investment opportunity in years.
(You can register with a single click right here for Tuesday, December 10th at 1:00pm Eastern).
What makes this company unique is that they’re already partnered with The U.S. Department of Defense, the Air Force, Nvidia, Intel and others.
Our military is already using their stuff. Companies like Amazon are already using their technology.
This company has the goods.
And one of the anchor investors is the same group that invested in PayPal (Peter Thiel and Elon Musk’s company), Dropbox and other big tech winners.
So this is part of that big orbit.
I can tell you for certain, opportunities like this are very rare. In any market.
But right now with the public market opportunities being out of reach for the biggest gains, this is especially special.
What makes this opportunity really unique among private companies of this caliber is that regular investors are allowed to invest, and the minimum investment is just over $600, not the usual $100,000 or $250,000 minimum.
This is such an incredible company, I hope you’ll join us this-coming Tuesday, December 10th at 1:00pm Eastern as we go live with our #1 private deal for 2025.
