Alpha stocks for the afternoon session — with options!   JOIN US HERE! _________________________________________________   Bonds Rise, Utilities in Focus: How Lower Rates Could Boost Stocks   Markets are strong this morning after a host of economic reports, and we look ready to gap up… We have Jobless Claims, Retail Sales, the Manufacturing Index, Industrial Production and Housing Market Index and the Petroleum Status Report all hitting the market this morning between 8:30 a.m. ET and 11 a.m.  We also have a full slate of earnings today, and Netflix (NFLX) reporting Thursday after the close, which could be big.  Crude oil is sticking in the same area and I believe it’s about to come down. Bonds, meanwhile, are starting to come up, which would be good for utilities stocks because the 10-year note has an inverse relationship to interest rates.  So if the 10-year goes down, yield goes up.
