But you need to pull it up as soon as possible because Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM) has less than 12M shares in its float and is currently below $.50 as I write this.

That limited supply can cause significant price swings if demand changes quickly

In fact, insiders own over 41% of Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM).

Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM) is also considered a nano-cap.

In general, nano-cap companies have market capitalizations of less than $50M.

Because nano-caps are significantly smaller than mid cap or large cap companies, they have a higher potential for growth.

As of 8/6/2024, Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM) has a market cap of less than $11M (approx.) according to FinViz.com.

With recent geopolitical events, including the Russian invasion of Ukraine and political instability in Niger, the global uranium market has been significantly impacted. the global uranium market, which is why you need to pull up Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM) right now and start your research.

Additionally, the U.S. government's recent enactment of a new law banning the import of Russian uranium has put uranium in the spotlight, sending uranium companies soaring in the short term.

However, there are plenty of long-term reasons to be bullish on the sector and Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM) in particular.

Keep reading to see why Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM) needs to be on your watchlist right now.

Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM): Pioneering Clean Energy Exploration About Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM)

The company is committed to advancing the exploration of these projects to support the global transition to clean energy.

Key Projects and Focus

Black Lake Uranium Project: Located in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, this project is in the exploration stage.

Engo Valley Uranium Project: Situated on the Skeleton Coast in Namibia, this project is also in the exploration stage.

Shatford Lake Lithium Project: Adjacent to the Tanco lithium mine in Southern Manitoba, this project remains in its initial exploration phase.

Snow Lake Lithium™ Project: Located in the Snow Lake region of Northern Manitoba, this project is likewise in the early exploration stage.

The current strategic focus is on advancing the exploration of the uranium projects to meet the increasing demand for clean energy resources. Activities on the lithium projects will remain limited until the lithium market conditions improve.

Recent Developments: Exploration Update on the Engo Valley Uranium Project

CEO Remarks

Frank Wheatley, CEO of Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM), expressed his satisfaction with the progress made on the Engo Valley Uranium Project, highlighting the completion of the radon cup survey and the mobilization of drillers to the site. He looks forward to the initial phase of drilling at this promising uranium project.

Engo Valley Uranium Project Overview

Located on the Skeleton Coast in the Opuwo District of the Kunene Region, Namibia, the Engo Valley Uranium Project spans approximately 600 kilometers north of Swakopmund.

Uranium mineralization was first discovered in 1973, with intermittent exploration conducted by Gencor from 1974 to 1980.

The project, with its historical uranium resources, presents a significant situation for modern exploration techniques to uncover its full potential.

2024 Exploration Program

Snow Lake has designed a comprehensive multi-phase exploration program for 2024, which includes:

  • Analyzing all airborne survey data and historical exploration reports (now complete).
  • Conducting a topographical survey of the project site (now complete).
  • Locating all historic drill collars from Gencor's 1970 drilling campaign (now complete).
  • Completing a radon cup survey to verify historical airborne survey data and confirm drill targets (now complete).
  • Initiating a 1,000-meter reverse circulation drill program to twin historical drill holes and begin an in-fill grid pattern (mobilization ongoing).
  • Conducting downhole radiometrics on each new drill hole (pending).

The exploration field crews initially mobilized in May 2024 to undertake the topographical and radon cup surveys.

With results in hand, drill targets are being finalized to validate exploration targets and produce an initial SK-1300 compliant mineral resource estimate.

Historical Exploration

Historical exploration by Gencor identified four anomalies (D1, D2, D3, and D4) with significant emphasis on anomaly D1.

The exploration program included airborne and ground radiometric surveys, geological mapping, diamond and percussion drilling, and limited radon cup surveys. Notable drill core intersections from anomaly D1 include:

  • Hole No. 5: 21.6 m @ 800 ppm U3O8
  • Hole No. 13: 6.3 m @ 600 ppm U3O8
  • Hole No. 20: 4 m @ 996 ppm U3O8

These historical results, while promising, require extensive modern exploration to confirm the existence and extent of uranium mineralization on the project.

Acquisition of Interest in the Engo Valley Uranium Project

Snow Lake has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire up to 85% of Namibia Minerals and Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (NMIH), the sole owner of the Exclusive Prospecting License - 5887 (EPL-5887) for the Engo Valley Uranium Project. EPL-5887, valid until February 12, 2026, covers an area of 69,530 hectares and authorizes exploration for various minerals.

Namibia: A Prime Mining Jurisdiction

Namibia ranks as the 5th highest African mining jurisdiction, according to the Fraser Institute's 2023 annual survey, and was the world's third-largest uranium producer in 2022.

The country's existing uranium mines, such as the Husab, Rossing, and Langer Heinrich mines, underscore its significance in the global uranium market.

Uranium Market Dynamics

Uranium is primarily used as fuel for nuclear power plants, which are crucial for global electrification, decarbonization, and energy security.

Global electricity demand is projected to grow by 50% by 2040, with calls to triple nuclear capacity by 2050. Nuclear power offers clean, non-CO2 emitting, and low-cost energy, essential for meeting climate goals and ensuring energy independence.

Geopolitical Influences

Recent geopolitical events, including the Russian invasion of Ukraine and political instability in Niger, have significantly impacted the global uranium market. The U.S. has responded with legislation such as the Prohibiting Russian Uranium Imports Act and the ADVANCE Act to enhance energy security and revive its nuclear energy industry.

Positive Outlook for Uranium Exploration and Development

Snow Lake Energy believes that the current supply and demand dynamics, coupled with the push for decarbonization and managing geopolitical risks, create a favorable environment for uranium exploration over the next decade.

Clean Energy

Snow Lake Energy continues to make progress in the clean energy sector, aiming to identify additional sources of clean energy that complement its current portfolio of uranium and lithium projects and contribute to net zero goals.
