Now, a Shopify Plus merchant (even mid-sized) can tap into Shopify Audiences to find lookalike customers across Facebook (META) or Google (GOOGL), guided by patterns gleaned from millions of transactions across the Shopify network. Early users have seen dramatic improvements in ad performance, like multi-fold increases in audience reach and lower cost per purchase. This means a niche brand can efficiently find its tribe of buyers online without wasting ad spend – something that directly translates to revenue growth and was previously very hard to do without either huge scale or third-party agencies.
